In 2022, Blaque Diamond Wheels partnered with MetaMartini to support the brands push into all social channels while refining a brand tone that spoke to a new customer segment. Throughout the 12 month partnership, MetaMartini established business management toolkits, brand guidelines, and recommendations for new product launch successes with the Blaque Diamond executive team to assist in sales growth through a non-direct to consumer website. The story, and its results are below.
Step 1 - Refine the business focus.
We started by asking the simple question, “Where is our brand positioned and where do we want to go?” Using our internal toolkits to put thoughts to paper, we began to understand how the brand was initially positioned and where it needed to move to over the next 12 months.

All content strategies were evaluated against purchasing demographics vs. engaged demographics. Over the partnership, our social audience became the purchasing audience; signaling an aligned consumer funnel.

As organic & paid audiences began to reignite with the focused marketing campaigns, our next project was improving the updated website of Blaque Diamond. Due to a changeover of domain + webhosting changes, the site was “new” within Google and a full restructure of information was proposed.
